Cancelling subscription

    We sold the business on September 14th, 2020. We also gave the email address we registered for the business and website. I got charged the website subscription on the 17/11/2020 with the amount of $84. Please refund. Thank you.

    For what upgrade, on what site, do you want a refund? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
