Cancelling subscription

  I would like to cancel my subscription. However, there appears to be a hangup on some credit card charges. Could you just tell me what I can do to resolve this? I have talked to Discover Card and they said they have talked to WordPress and I am not sure what really the remaining problems are. So, please from your perspective, tell what to do. Thanks.
