  I want to cancel my subscription and not renew my payment please. I no longer need this site.

  I have been notified that a payment is due on renewing my subscription. I want to cancel this.

  You’ll want to sign in to WordPress.com using the email address that received that note. There are not any upgrades connected to this user account. It’s possible that you’ve created a duplicate though.

  On 11th March I got notification that I will be charged $99 in 59 days for my subscription. This is my standard renewal for my site neillbartlett.com. I want to cancel this please.

  Thanks for sharing that domain. neillbartlett.com is not owned by this user account that you are signed in with and posting from (neillbartlett).

  I’ve emailed the account that you’ll need to sign in with in order to cancel this upgrade. You can navigate to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ once signed in correctly to cancel the upgrade or reply directly to my email and I’ll be able to handle it there for you.
