Cancelling subscription and refund

Hello! I’m trying to cancel my subscription, paid on the 1st of February and ask for a refund, but I cannot access the cancel and refund option from my account. When I go to the Purchases section, I cannot see my purchases, or billing details or receipts. It’s urgent to proceed with the cancellation today in order to get a refund. I will also like to cancel the domain.
