Cancelling Subscription Doesn't Work

I have a paid $199/yr subscription to Woocommerce Subscriptions I don’t need and would like to cancel. But I can’t.
Received my one and only “final renewal notification” today (1/29) set to renew tomorrow (1/30). I can access my account, but I can’t access ‘My Subscriptions’ because my email was apparently never verified. ‘Resend Email Verification’ just has me log into WordPress.com. I can’t access support because again, email not verified. Never received a verification email, and I know this because the email in use is only used for this account/domain. I have 100% of the emails sent to it over the last year, totaling about 50, and none to verify my email.
I was able to get into the update my credit card section, to which I removed it. Hopefully that will cancel the renewal. If it doesn’t, I will dispute this charge due to this business practice of not allowing email verification, then requiring email verification to cancel auto renewals. Sounds illegal.

It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
We don’t offer WooCommerce on WordPress.com (unless you are upgraded to our WordPress.com Business Plan) so we’re not your best point of contact, but the good news is that help is available by contacting WooCommerce staff here:

WooCommerce uses a different billing system from what we use on WordPress.com, so the folks over there will be in the best position to assist. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
