Cancelling subscriptions

The AI assistant is useless for help, and refuses to connect me to a human.
I am trying to cancel my subscription (recuring charge for the site) and release the domain. Unfortunately, the billing record doesn’t show what’s on my credit card statement.
How do we get through to someone who can help?
