Cancelling the annual billing for premium

    I tried premium plan and would like to go back to the standard one. Today I was already charged by 99 USD for this plan but we decided with my co-bloggers that we don’t need the benefits of the premium. If I cancel the payment on my purchases page will I get the money back? Thank you

    Hi there,

    All of our products with just a couple of exceptions have a 30 day cancel/refund policy, no questions asked. So yes, you can cancel your Premium package and get a refund as long as it was purchased in your account in the first place. Otherwise the person who purchased it will need to take care of cancelling and refunding it.

    Just in case it is relevant, the things which are not eligible for the 30 day refund are domains. Those can only be refunded for the first 48 hours after purchase or renewal. So if you got domains as well, they may not be eligible if you wait too long!
