Cancelling the custom theme upgrade

Hello,
I’d like to cancel the custome theme upgrade for our blog. I looked in the dashboard but cant see the ‘appearance’ menu – I just wanted to backup the custom CSS before deleting it.
Can you see why I cant see it?
Could you send me the custom CSS then deactivate the custom upgrade and please refund us the 30USD that was just taken out?
Im not sure where you will reply to, can you reply to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

It looks like the Custom Design upgrade for fleetingcomments.wordpress.com was purchased by a different user, haloblogs. That user can log into their Dashboard and cancel the upgrade, or you can ask them to post here making the request and I can do it for them.
The CSS can be viewed by going to the Dashboard. Under the Appearance > Customize tab, a panel will appear where you can view the CSS.

I cant believe im actually saying it but.. I cant access that account.
I dont know who registered this ‘haloblogs’ account.. i’ve checked those who I thought it could be but no joy.
Can I speak to someone about this? Its my card that has been charged for the upgrade but I have no way to access the account.
I do have access to anther account: halodesignassociates
thats not the same account is it? because I logged into it but couldn’t see where any upgrade were so assumed it not this account.Many thanks!

I’ve been able to log in now! – I’ve disabled the auto renew of the upgrade but cant see the cancel button.
Please can you cancel it and arrange a refund?
