Cancelling upgrade

  Hi, if I upgrade my account to premium business plan paying $33 CAD/monthly or $396 annually, is it billed annually or monthly? It appears that I will be paying $396 upfront. What if I want to cancel my plan in 2-3 months? Do I get a refund for the remaining month I am not using?

  Currently all WordPress.com plans are billed yearly, but we are considering monthly plans.
