Cancelling upgrade is not working

    hi,

    Has anyone has the issue where they have tried to cancel their upgrade and it has not worked?

    Is there an email I can contact wordpress through?

    Hey there!

    Sorry you’re having trouble canceling. I can help you with this.

    I see that you have a 2-week trial Premium upgrade on the site, blondepinkbubbles.wordpress.com. I can cancel this for you, with your permission.

    If I cancel the entire Premium upgrade, your custom domain, blondepinkbubbles.com, will also be permanently cancelled. Is this all right with you? After cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back.

    If you would prefer to keep the domain to use here at WordPress.com, or elsewhere on a non-WordPress.com site, I can send you a manual billing request for $18. Then, you can maintain that domain, while the rest of the Premium upgrade is removed from your site.

    If you could cancel that would be awesome. I’ve been trying since within the time period allowed to cancel the domain and it didn’t allow me to – was weird. Its fine to cancel the domain.
