cancelling web hosting/ missing site

    Hello,
    I have a website that was supposed to be hosted by wordpress called playingfield.eu and the billing of this is linked to the email account I use for wordpress. I have since cancelled this and it is not showing anymore on the web. However, I still found an automatic renewal subscription for it and was deducted 48 eur from my paypal account. I cancelled the subscription via paypal for this already. Can you confirm if it has been cancelled and can I get a refund? Thank you in advance.

    Sorry about that error. I have processed a full refund. It could take up to ten days to reach you. I have also confirmed that the subscriptions have been removed from your account so they won’t be processed again in the future.
