Cancelling website subscription

  I paid for a yearly membership with WordPress for my website and do not need it at present. I see money having been debited from my account this year. I need it credited back at the earliest and cancel my membership. Please help urgently.

  Are you referring to the WordPress.com site listed above or a different one? If you’re definitely talking about a WordPress.com site make sure you’re logged in to the right account and go to “manage Purchases”.

  Hi it is a different one. I’m not able to cancel the plan. Any idea why?

  And the address of the different one is?? Is it a WordPress.com site? Has it perhaps got a premium theme attached to it? Without details I’m only guessing here….As you are logged in to the forums under the account andalsrivatsan.wordpress.com. and yet you say you want to delete a different account, then surely you’ll be able to “manage purchases” if you log out of this account and log in to that one??
