CanI change the Permalink Structure of Established Site?

  Hello,

  I have a wordpress blog that is over 2 years old with 100+ posts, I would like to change the permalink structure from:

  /%postname%.htm

  to

  keyword/%postname%.htm

  How would I go about doing this or is it not advisable?
