Cannnot login to wp-admin, shows blank screen

WordPress won’t allow me to login, when I try to use “Reset Password” it shows me a blank screen and doesn’t email me. When I go to wp-admin, it also shows a blank screen whereas this is how I usually could access the dashboard. As a result I cannot access ANY part of my wordpress account.
The website is http://www.sistersister-mag.com and I made it using the GoDaddy package.
The blog URL shown for me is incorrect as I can’t login to my proper one, the one shown is one I made before I bought the domain and they’re not linked.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Mapping an existing domain costs $13. annually. In order to map to a domain one must have an underlying .wordpress.com subdomain blog to map from and it does not matter what that underlying .wordpress.com URL is. It does not have to match the domain URL. If you have registered a .wordpress.com blog you log in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchase a domain name by purchasing an annually renewable domain mapping upgrade for the blog.

Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades is where you do the primary blog set up knowing it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.

Hi,
No that is not what I am trying to do? These two accounts are separate. Sistersister-mag was set up via a GoDaddy and WordPress package, therefore it is already registered to wordpress and I own the domain. To my knowledge, this is not linked to sistersistermagazine.wordpress.com as I made the account separately.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
