http://www.inforex.fr/wp-admin/update-core.php but after a modification of my site from http://www.inforex.fr to https://www.inforex.fr I Lost the access
Can you help?

We can’t help directly because we don’t host inforex.fr on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Scaleway) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available through your host, which is the company that is in control of your SSL (https) settings.

I’m not sure what you’re asking there, but I have seen this issue.
I’d recommend asking your host for help with one of these options. Several of them do not require access to wp-admin:

Yes I think this is how to solve my issue .But my site is hosted in scaleway France not in wordpress.com . So the file wp-config.php where it should be? and how to access it?

I checked and added the two records in the file
define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://inforex.fr’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://inforex.fr’);
I still have this errorERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

We are a hosting provider, and we can help with WordPress sites hosted here.
Your WordPress installation is with another host. Please contact your hosting support for help on how to access wp-config, etc. Be sure to ask about backups first, too.
