cannot acces site

  The wordpress site says I cannot acces because of time and date not correct. How do I fix this? The time and date are correct on my pc.
  This problem had been present for at least 8 months.

  Just to note, our support is limited on this occasion as this looks to be a self-hosted site and not with WordPress.com.
