Cannot acces the w-p admin of my site
-
Hi all. Starting yesterday, my w-padmin will not open up. thesquealkiller.com/w-padmin shows a 500 server error.
I was made aware that all of my gravity forms on my site are gone which led to me try and log in.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi,
This is WordPress.com forum, It seems to be like your website is using the open source WordPress software from(WordPress.org). :) Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/However, as you are unable to login, please try to disable all the plugins using FTP or Cpanel(If you have access). Else, you can contact with the hosting providor to get help. Please read below solution, which might help you

Here is the support forum of gravity forms which might also help you https://www.gravityforms.com/help/Moreover, you can ask the WordPress.org community where you’ll find more expert on open source software for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They’re the people using same software as you are who can provide help you.

Thanks so much but still a little confused.
Is there an option to actually get a screen share/person to support?

Hi there,
That support would have to come from your hosting company’s team. You can use this link, https://helpchat.bluehost.com/ for assistance.
The reason for this is because although you have a WordPress website, it isn’t affiliated with WordPress.com. That’s why the support for your issue is connected with your website’s hosting platform, Bluehost.
After contacting your provider, you can take a look at this link https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ to better understand the situation.
Hopefully that works out for you!

Thanks again.
To close the topic and perhaps help someone else…
The issue was indeed a plugin. Gravity forms to be exact.
I had upgraded the plugin but the upgrade would not work with my current PHP version. So, Bluehost updated the PHP and the newly updated Gravity form plugin started working. All is well and the site is back to 100%.

Happy to be of assistance @thesquealkiller and that your blog is now up and running! All the best.
