Cannot access account

  I have another wordpress account that I cannot access. The account was made with my university email that I no longer am able to access because I graduated a few years ago. I need to change my password to get into my wordpress account but the link was sent to my old school email. Is there any way I can get into my other wordpress account?

  What is the URL of your site so we can look it up in our system? turnip-the-nutrition.com? Some other URL?
