Cannot access account

  I pay for truestorytelling.blog and truestorytellingthinktank.com, both are premium accounts

  I invited colleagues to administer them, and somehow I loss all access as administrator, editor, auth0r, and can only read.

  I think what happened is I had olad accounts under same email account, so when I updated password, I only get to
  davidboje.worpress.com (a non-premium account)
  I set up 2-step authorization protocol, but this still does not get me into the premium accounts I pay for.

  I got emails to enter activation codes, but I have none saves, dos nore of the options work

  Is there anything that can be done?

  It’s not possible to have various accounts under the same email address. What happened here is just the opposite. You are logged into a different account (using a different email address).

  You’ll want to log out and log back in using the correct email address. If you don’t remember the credentials, please check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
