cannot access account

    Hi,
    I am trying to upgrade my account to the business plan but when i go to log in it says my account doesn’t exist. I have since made a new account (this one) simply to contact this support service but my original account is tied to the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the above URL. Every time i log in to the account using (email visible only to moderators and staff) it says there is no account with that address.

    Hi there!

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    It looks like your site is using Cloudflare nameservers, so it’s not clear who your hosting provider is. However, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem with your site access. Of note, for a WordPress install, the site’s login page should be at YOURDOMAIN/wp-login.php, but there’s some type of security in place because your site’s wp-login.php page reports a “No input file specified.” error message.

    If you’re trying to purchase a WordPress.com Business plan to migrate your site to our hosting platform, just let us know and we can better advise the steps you need to take to do that.

    Hey there,

    Over here at WordPress.com, you would need to first create a site here: https://wordpress.com/start/domains > use a free WordPress.com domain (i.e. example.WordPress.com), and not the intended domain at this stage and the business plan would need to be purchased along the way.

    At the live site, please install the Jetpack plugin, and then follow these steps to import the site: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/

    Once the import is complete, it would then be possible to either transfer the domain over to WordPress.com, or connect the domain via the site (which is free to do with the business plan) via custom DNS settings:
