cannot access account and i am being charged

  i started a blog page about a year ago. I can not remember the email i used or the log in or the password. I have tried all the login and password recovery help and nothing is working. I just got a charge of 30 dollars to my paypal for that site. I can not access the account to cancel that and i do not want anymore charges. please help
