Cannot access account because I don’t have access to email

Unfortunately, I cannot access my paid account because I no longer have access to the email it is associated with. When I fill out the account recovery form, it says my transaction ID is invalid. It is the only one I have. I don’t know what to do and even though I am a paying member, I don’t have access to customer support because I don’t have access to the account.
