Cannot access account/cannot change password due to not being able to access email through domain

I am being forced to do a password change to log into my domain and it is emailing me a link to change my password to my email that is registered through the domain that is not getting emails right now because I need to log into my site to get access to change things so I get email! I’m so frustrated! I need a manual password change by customer service!!!

I’m having to use a different log in to access the support chat because I’m locked out of my other domain account.

please find a recent transaction ID as explained here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and email it to our Account Recovery team at
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. They will get back to you from there.
Do not post the transaction ID here as these are public forums.
