Cannot access account due to 2 step verification

    Issue: 2 step verification code is not receiving on my mobile number (ending with 4 digits number)(I tried many times, used “send recovery code via SMS”)
    Login: I am able to login or recover my password through my actual mail ID but not able to access wordpress page or dashboard page due to such verification code issue.
    (Login -> 2 step auth -> dashboard)(I am stuck at 2 step auth) even though my mobile number is same.

    I have already completed many years with wordpress

    I got one mail about “Domain infosecplatform.com will be auto-renewed”, I dont want this auto-renewed service, i want to deactivate this service, but due to 2 step authentication, i am not able to go to settings page, please help me in this.

    1. i am not able to see dashboard due to 2 step is not working.
