Cannot Access Account Due (Two Step Verification Issue)

  I currently have two log-ins with wordpress. For one of my accounts, I have had trouble accessing my information as I have two step verification turned on. However, the code generator app on my phone was uninstalled and then re-installed with my information for my wordpress blog completely wiped out. How do I input this information back on this app or how can two step verification be disabled in order for me to access my account? This is an issue I have been dealing with for the past few weeks.

  Have you tried the backup codes that were generated when you signed up for two-step verification?

  If those don’t work or you didn’t print them out, then you’ll have to complete the account recovery form to regain access to your account.
