cannot access account- email address is wrong

  when I went to post on my blog, someone else’s name was attached as the Profile person- I managed to get that corrected, but still cannot access my account to post or anything else, because confirmation emails are being sent to an old email address of mine that is no longer(company went into receivership, and I got a domain and set up a new email address over a year ago- but wordpress won’t change the email, and I cannot access my account!!! It claims it is linked to another account. wth???

  Correct account: No
