Cannot access account since 1 day

  Hi,

  i started a blog since 2 weeks and since a few days i have trouble logging in.
  Since 1 day it is not working at all anymore. I also cannot change the password, because my username and even the email
  does not get “found” in their databse. I also cannot direct a question to wordpress because the autoform
  says that my url/website does not even exist !

  Does anyone have similar problems or can help out ?

  i think you have a self-hosted blog, in which case you have to go to http://wordpress.org/support to place your query. this is the forum for bloggers hosted by wp.com. please correct me if i’m mistaken.

  i have already posted it there but didn’t got a reply yet.
  is there any phone number of wordpress i can call to find a solution
  to get into my account again ?
  For making these postings i had to create a new account.
  Another strange thing is that my website is not active in many countries
  since yesterday because of my webhoster network solutions. i called them
  and they couldn’t figure out the problem yet.
  many problems at the same time.

  I would be happy if you have a suggestion to figure out some of the problems.

  We cannot help you here since WP.com blogs work very differently. You will have to wait for a response from WordPress.org.

  the problem is that i cannot even use the question autoform of wordpress.
  the system tells me that my url/website does not exist.
  So, no email gets send at all to them.
  I am trapped, cannot log in and cannot ask questions.

  what can i do ?

  Go to WordPress.org and ask there. If you have asked, wait for an answer and search the forum there. We have no answers for you.

  I have, however, one guess. My guess is that you are trying to sign in to WordPress.com instead of your independently-hosted blog, which is a common mistake. Your blog is not AT WordPress.com, so therefore you are getting the error message.
