Cannot Access Admin

I have a wordpress that has been around since 2015. I log in, go to the right url, and there is only My Site and Reader, and no way to admin the actual wordpress.

If you click on My Site, you should be able to access all sites created under the account. What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?
