cannot access admin dashboard
-
On 9/2/13, I purchased a domain and began updating my website. ON 9/4/13 and 9/5/13, I have attempted to go back to it to keep working on it, and I cannot get the admin dashboard. The following error message appears:
User brpbarhpr Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
You are logged in as “brpbarhpr” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “yesforissue2”. If you are not “brpbarhpr”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “brpbarhpr” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.
Please help me!

Are you referring to yesforissue2.com?

I really need someone from WordPress.com to contact me. I set up my account and a domain yesforissue2.com, which exists now, but it is not appearing on my dashboard when I sign into my account. When I go to yessforissue2.com and try to log in from there I’m being told I “do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “yesforissue2″.” Additionally, even though the site exists and I paid for the domain, I have not received a receipt and nothing shows up in my billing history. Please contact me.

Everything is pointing to the possibility that you are not logged in with the correct username account.
If you are absolutely certain that you are logged in with the same account that created that site (yesforissue2.com) then I will tag this for Staff help.

@brpbarhpr
As justjennifer has said you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog.Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. -
There are two different user accounts at work here. One of them is brpbarhpr, which owns emptycontainers.wordpress.com, and the second one appears to be similar but not identical.
You will need to remember what the username/email address you used for yesforissue2.wordpress.com so you can log into that account. You can use the password recovery form for further assistance in regaining access to that account: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

I am absolutely certain that yesforissue2.com was created under the same account. I do remember the username/email address I used because I only created one account and one site. Please tag for staff help.
