Cannot access admin dashboard or website after changing theme

Got a Gateway Timeout some time after changing the theme to the website. Was able to access the website for a short while and see the changes until I tried it on a different browser and this error came out. Cannot access admin dashboard, the same error occurred. Not sure if problem with domain or with WordPress or any of the changes I made broke the website.

http://www.childhoodbasic.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
