Cannot Access Admin Home Page or Login

  I am in process of trying to update my themes and when I was previewing and activating a new theme and deactivating the old one this error message came up. ‘Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_parent_theme_file_path() in /home3/djrobotix/public_html/wp-content/themes/my-music-band/functions.php on line 483’. Now when I try to back out or re-access the admin home page to resolve I can only access the error page and had to open a new login without connection to my web page to post in here.
