Cannot access admin or website

I have been getting spam through my contact form lately-so I looked up ways to avoid it. I was about to go in to do some changes and found I cannot get into my site or dashboard anymore. Only a page of code.
5 repeating lines starting with
“Warning: call user_func_array expects parameter…etc”
and ends with …Fatal error: Class’WP_Block_Type_Registry’ not found in/home etc”I appreciate any help but I am not an expert so please use simple language.
