cannot access admn or post

    Site has been up and down now for a week. Down all day Weds. for all users-no server response. Back up Thursday. Now back down again. Have not upgraded. Cleared cookies. . Now site comes up but cannot access adm. Error now is Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don’t have.
    Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
