Cannot access any of my webpages
-
I created multiple websites that were hosted by Siteground through WP. I just recently switched hosting providers to Hostinger. I did not download my website files from Siteground to begin the migration process prior to letting the hosting plan expire. I now have no access to any of the websites I created through WP when I was using Siteground hosting services. Am I still able to retrieve the websites for migration purposes without accessing Siteground? I am trying to not have to rebuild my websites again. I will still be using WP but just not through Siteground. I will be accessing it through Hostinger. HELP! This down time is hurting me currently.

Hi,
Your sites are using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

Your best bet is to contact Siteground and see if they can help you.
