Cannot access any wordpress blog [ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT]

  I tried to access wordpress blog but I cannot open it. I also tried opening other wordpress blogs but it all failed to connect. This appears:
  
  This site can’t be reached

  santebarleyinc.wordpress.com took too long to respond.

  Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

  There are and were no issues on the wordpress.com platform, so the issue must be located locally. To find the bottle-neck, you must perform a traceroute – https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/#traceroutes
