Cannot access blog

  I loaded a twitter plugin and it seems to have deleted everything on my blog. I’m pretty sure it must have been the plugin, because other than that I have not touched the blog. When I try to log in to my blog, an error message is posted saying ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’
  Please help!

  Your site is self-hosted, using wordpress.ORG software.
  These forums are for wordpress.COM: our platform is completely different so our answers would not apply to your problem. We cannot use plugins here.
