Cannot access blog – Jetpack issues, can't contact Support
-
When I try to login to my wordpress blog I get this message and a blank screen:-
“Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”When I try to go to WordPress Support it says contact form at the top but the rest of the screen is blank.
I have no idea how to contact them, can’t call on the phone as outside of US.
Can anyone help me resolve this – an email address for WordPress support perhaps?
my blog is http://www.thekellysontour.com
Thanks so much for any assistnace you can give. Lisa

Hi!
We can absolutely help you sort this out.
However, as a WordPress.com Business plan subscriber, you have access to our livechat support team. And contacting them will likely be a faster way of helping you get your site up and running:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If you cannot (or do not wish to) use the livechat system, let us know and we will be happy to help you here in the forums!

Hi Rootjosh,
Unfortunately when I click that link it has a title “Contact Us” and the rest of the page is blank. There is no way to access Live chat.
If it would be possible to help me within the forum that would be wonderful. Although I will tell you, I’m a better champagne drinker than a tech person so it would have to be dumbed way down for me. I promise to stay off the bubbles until I’ve followed the instructions. (actually that might be a lie lol)
Cheers, Lisa

Hi Lisa,
If the contact page is blank, it means your browser isn’t loading all the code WordPress.com needs to work, which also explains the Jetpack error you’re seeing. (On my end your site’s dashboard is loading fine with no Jetpack errors.)
Please clear your browser cache, and check your browser settings to make sure JavaScript is enabled. And if you’re using any browser add-ons, particularly ad-blockers or privacy/anti-tracking add-ons, try disabling those.
https://wordpress.com/en/support/browser-issues/
Also unplug your modem/router for a few seconds, in case something stuck in its connection cache is causing this.
If that makes no difference, can you try using a different browser or a different internet connection to see if things work then?
Let us know the result.

OMG Kokkieh – you are a legend and a god!!! I followed your instructions and looked on a different browser and I could login so I then used the link you provided and cleared the browser cache and now I can login using Chrome again.
Yippee!!!!! I am so grateful for your amazing help! Honestly this sort of stuff stresses me out because it’s not my area of expertise so truly – thank you thank you thank you!
Cheers (whew lucky this matter was cleared up before champagne o’clock so I didn’t have to go back on my promise).
Many thanks, Lisa
