Cannot access Blog (or Dashboard) at all

  Hello.

  I recently installed a plug-in (username-changer) to hide my name when posting. It looks as though the Blog and Dashboard only load a white screen after installing it. The WordPress site cannot access it either. Does anybody know of a way of fixing this issue?
