Cannot access blog website from one mac computer.

Cannot access any wordpress address or my blog website from my mac air computer : http://elecciones7oen bilbao and the response was : ‘Safari cannot open the page https://theme.wordpress.com/themes /subjects/blog because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server ‘theme.wordpress.com ‘
However I can access the blog without problems from a different mac air computer.
Could you please explain how to proceed to cancel or avoid that blocking situation?Thank you in advance

1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
