Cannot access clients wordpress

  We lost all access to this sites wordpress and domain. It is now giving us a (The connection for this site is not secure mighty-ox.com uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH)

  How can I get our access back. I have yet been able to get any support to assist in this issue.

  The mighty-ox.com website is not hosted by us; Cloudflare hosts it. As it is described in this tool.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we can’t help you with your SSL certificate problem.

  Although we are named WordPress.com, that doesn’t mean that we control all the WordPress-powered sites. You’ll have to contact your hosting provider (Cloudflare) and ask for their help.
