Cannot access cpanel for site

  Cannot access Cpanel for my site.

  Hello,

  I purchased the creator level package to have access to cpanel. I’ve been trying to access it and to no avail.

  Please work with me on being able to access this function. I have previous tried the /cpanel and :2083 methods to access it.

  Hi there!

  We do not use cPanel on WordPress.com. Our servers use different infrastructure, so everything you may need can be accessed from within your WordPress.com or wp-admin dashboard. If you need to access your files, you can use either SSH or SFTP.
