Cannot access Customization menus
-
I just noticed when I go to Appearance > Customize in the Customizr theme, I can no longer access Global Settings (font, etc), Header, Main Content, Footer, or Advanced Options (CSS). I can click and access the submenus Front Page Content, Menus, and Widget, but not the others. When I click on them, nothing happens. I was able to access them all last week. I have made some changes that may be the culprit, but I cannot isolate the issue. I disabled all my plugins one by one, and the problem persists. I cleared by website cache and browser cache, and disabled all caching plugins.
Tonight I updated to WordPress 6.7 and PHP 8.3. I reverted back to PHP 8.2, but that did not fix my issue. I cannot revert back to WP 6.6. I installed the Yoast SEO plugin this week, but as I mentioned earlier, I deactivated that and the issue persists. I also recently turned on Auto Ads in Google Adsense settings.
I am not sure which, if any, of the above changes are preventing me from accessing my theme customization. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I checked your website and found that your website is hosted on Bluehost. For self-hosted WordPress sites, we recommend that you use the WordPress.org forum.
To roll back to a previous version of WordPress, you can use the Core Rollback plugin.

Thank you, appreciate it! I got Core Rollback, rolled back to 6.6 and got my customizations back! You’re a lifesaver.

You’re welcome, I’m glad it worked out. This is probably a bug with a WP Core update. I’ll keep an eye on it and report it to the developers if necessary.
