Cannot access dashboard

  I cannot even access my website! Goes to ‘Forbidden You dont have permission to access / on this server Additionally a 403 Forbidden was encountered Apache server http://www.ghostbloggermarie.com port 80’ I can’t pull up my website or access my dashboard. My hosting company, bluehost, insists it has nothing to do with them and they offered NO HELP. Anyone? I cannot access ANYTHING of my site at all! Thanks!!!!

  This forum handles questions regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites. It appears the site you are seeking support for is self hosted and this forum is unable to assist. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two?
