  I keep getting an internal server error code come up saying the page cannot load when I want to customize my site. This does not work in the app either. Please help.

  Aloha delsonite, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
