Cannot Access Dashboard

  I cannot access the dashboard of a blog so I can delete it? I decided to not use WordPress for my blog and instead used another editor. Now that I have published the other site. I notice the search engines are still picking up my blog as the new site. When I select it, I get a 404 error. How do I remove this reference from search engines? I am unable to access the dashboard so I am unable to delete the blog all together. Help!
