Cannot access dashboard, admin and posts

  Hi, I have a wordpress account on its site since last 3 years

  https://drnaumanshad.wordpress.com/

  I do not have any version of wordpress installed

  Now since last 3 days i cannot access wordpress dashboard or admin or see my posts.

  It may have happened after i changed time from UTC + 0 to local Pakistan time (Karachi)

  I am not a technical IT expert

  What can be done?
