Cannot access dashboard after changing my url

  I changed my temporary url to my permanent url, because I thought I needed to do so manually. I then tried to change it back. Now my blog is not loading properly and I cannot access my dashboard.

  This board is only for technical and account support for free-
  hosted wordpress.com sites.

  If your site is hosted on the wordpress.com platform it helps to list
  the URL that ends in wordpress.com

  If your site is self-hosted, you need to check with your web host or the wordpress.org forums:
  http://wordpress.org/support/
