Cannot Access Dashboard, Not listing my Blogs, Only Global Dashboard

Cannot access either dashboard. I’m taken only to the global dashboard. If I select My Blogs it lists no blogs. I know the sites are still up because I can read them.
Ideas?

I didn’t have any blogs to choose from in the drop down box. And the reason for posting seems pretty clear. -
