Cannot access dashboard, past posts, or write a new post

    Last summer, I started having issues with my blog – about the time that WordPress seemed to make some updates. By fall, I couldn’t edit my posts.

    For the past month, I haven’t been able to write a post at all – when I go to my home page, I click on the “Write” button at the top of the page, and get just a white, blank screen with the blue button/question mark in the bottom right corner.

    I also no longer have access to my dashboard. I can read all my past posts on my home page, but I cannot access anything from the dashboard, as there’s nothing in my dashboard. Even My Profile is completely blank. Nothing is working. I can’t even click on the Notifications icon.

    Hi there – What we should test is whether or not this is related to the web browser you are using currently. When you next have time, could you try logging into your WordPress.com account from a different web browser – one you rarely if ever use. So, for example, if you normally use IE or Firefox, try from Google Chrome.

    It may require that you download and install a new browser, but, knowing if a second browser enables you to write will be important. Let us know how that goes once you find out.
