Cannot Access Design

I am logged onto my WordPress account but when I try to access design I am requested to fill out my username or email address and password. It does not recognise either. I have even changed my password but it wont recognise that too. Any one have any direction I can take?

You’re posting here using a WordPress.com username account.
But your site at http://rcampkg.co.uk/ is not hosted with us, only connected here via Jetpack. That means you can make some changes to that site via our interface, but to access WP-Admin itself on the site, you need to log into that site’s admin user account. That account uses different credentials than your WordPress.com username account, and those would have been set up when you first installed WordPress on your hosting provider’s servers.
If you’d prefer not to have to enter a separate password to access your dashboard, Jetpack can help with that.
Go to My Site ->Manage ->Settings ->Security. Under WordPress.com log in enable the option that people can log in using their WordPress.com account.
Now if you go to your site’s login page, you’ll see a button to log in using WordPress.com.
